Heute habe ich einen kleinen Einblick in einige neue schimmernde Lidschatten von Essence, die uns diesen Frühling verzaubern werden. Auffällig: alles zarte feenhafte Töne! Los geht es mit drei Metal Glam Lidschatten, von denen ich jedoch nur zwei überzeugt haben. Auf der Strecke blieb das frostige Lila, welches viel zu flockig war und so nicht wirklich für ein regelmässiges Auftragen gemacht ist. Anders sieht das bei den anderen zwei Nuancen aus: diese sind buttrig und sehen aufgetragen sehr seidig und deckend aus.
Today I'm gonna deliver you a short insight into some of the new shimmery eyeshadows by Essence, which will charm our spring. Eye-catching: they go for very fairylike tones! Let's start with three Metal Glam Eyeshadows, from which just two convinced me. The frosty lilac one was just too flaky and hard to apply smoothly. The other two shades are completely different in this point: they're not just buttery but they also look silky and pigmented on your eyelid.
Sechsfaches Glück brachte mir die "All about romance" Palette. Zumindest was die Pigmentierung anbelangt. Denn alle Töne sind deckend und machen eine gute Figur auf dem Lid. Einziger Nachteil: Sie halten nicht so lange trotz Primer, ganz nach dem Motto: Feenstaub währt nicht ewig!
The "all about romance" palette brought me six times good luck. At least where the pigmentation is concerned. Cause every single tone has been really opaque and looked very qute on the lid. The con: They don't last very long eventhough I used a primer underneath. Just seems like fairy dust doesn't last forever!
Auch die "Crème de la crème" Viererpalette bewegt sich im dezenten Farbspektrum. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dezent, denn alle vier sind aufgetragen kaum voneinander zu unterscheiden. Bis auf den leicht braun-goldenen Ton, welches dem vollen Kreis innewohnt.
