Face the Facts

Hey meine lieben Leser! Heute mal einen kurzen Post zu den neuen Gesichtsprodukten von Essence der Herbst- / Winter-Kollektion, von denen ich dachte, ihr solltet sie euch mal genauer anschauen. An diesem Punkt muss ich euch aber wissen lassen, dass ich nie ein Fan von Essence's Foundation war, oder zumindest nie eine passende gefunden habe. Es waren vorallem die Farbtöne, die für mich einfach nicht passten. Aber ich bin überraschenderweise sehr beeindruckt von dem "Stay all day 16h" Make-up im Farbton "15 soft creme". Nicht weil es so lange hält ( da gibt es bessere), aber mehr weil es sich sehr angenehm auftragen lässt und sich super verteilen und verblenden lässt und auch der Ton ist super und sehr ähnlich wie die anderen Foundations, die ich oft benutze. Definitiv eine gute Wahl für jeden Tag ;) Daumen hoch! Passend hierzu gibts von Essence auch das langanhaltende "Stay all day 12h" Puder in der Nuance "15 matt creme". Ich mag die Textur wirklich sehr gern und es hält auch super auf dem gesicht, aber hier habe ich wieder das Problem, das es ein wenig zu dunkel für mich ist. Aber das ist wieder Sache des Hauttyps. Ein weiteres Puder, das ich euch an dieser Stelle ans Herz legen möchte ist das "Sun Club Shimmer Bronzing Powder" für helle Haut. Und wisst ihr was? Es riecht nach Kokosnuss ;) Zuerst dachte ich, ich würde es nicht mögen, da es mit Schimmer versetzt ist, aber wenn man es einfach auf die Wangen aufträgt, sieht es einfach aus als hätte man einen super "bronzigen" Blush aufgetragen und das ist wirklich meins :) Fürs ganze Gesicht würde ich es aber nicht empfehlen ( ausser ihr wollt bei Twilight eine Gastrolle ) und auch der Kokosnuss-Duft müsste nicht unbedingt sein, ist aber ein netter Nebeneffekt :)

Hey my dear readers! Just a quick post on some new Essence face products from their new fall / winter line I thought I should introduce you to. At this point I have to let you know, that I've never really liked the foundations Essence offered. Especially the shades never fit. But I'm quite impressed by the "Stay all day 16h" one in the number "15 soft creme". Not beacause it lasts long ( I know better foundations), but because it goes on very, very smooth, is really blendable and the shade is so close to the other foundation shades I actually use often. Definitely an everyday-foundation ;) Thumbs up, for this one! Going along with it Essence also launched a "Stay all day 12 h" longlasting powder in the shade "15 matt creme". I really, really like the texture and it also lasts well on skin , but the thing was, that it was a little to dark for my skin tone. Moving on to another powder I'd like to show you the "Sun Club Shimmer Bronzing Powder" for light skin. And guess what? It smells like coconut ;) It's just a light bronzer and I first thought I won't like it because of the shimmer, but if you just put it on your cheeks it will look like a super bronzy blush and that's what I like anyway :) In my opinion the coco scent isn't necessary and is not what makes me like this product :)
