Berry Cupcakes

Yeah, wir habens geschafft! Unsere aller ersten slebstgemachten Cupcakes. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns entschieden welche mit einem Beeren-Mix und Butter Frosting zu machen und voilà: hier sind sie! Ich bin so stolz :) Dachte ich teile das Rezept mit euch, für den Fall, dass ihr Lust bekommt eure eigenen zu kreieren! Wir haben das Rezept für 12 Stück aus dem Buch "Cupcakes" von Carol Pastor.

We nailed it! Our first selfmade cupcakes. My friend and I decided to make some with mixed berries and butter frosting and voilà: here they are! So proud :) Thought of sharing the recipe with you just in case you feel like trying to create your own cupcakes!  We took the recipe for 12 pieces from the book "Cupcakes" by Carol Pastor.

Schritt 1

Ofen auf 200° vorheizen.

Step 1

Heat oven up to 200°.

Schritt 2

Eier schlagen, bis sie vermischt sind. Dann geschmolzene Butter, Vanille, Milch & Zitronenschale hineinrühren.

Step 2

Beat eggs till mixed. Add molten butter, vanilla, milk & lemon peel.

Schritt 3

Mehl, Zucker & Backpulver in eine andere grosse Schüssel geben. Eine Mulde in die Mitte machen und Eiermischung  locker untermischen.

Step 3

Put flour, sugar & baking powder in an other bowl. Make a depression in the middle and mix in the egg mixture.

Schritt 4

Beeren vorsichtig dazugeben & Mischung in die Förmchen geben. 20-25 Min. backen & abkühlen lassen.

Step 4

Add berries & fill the cupcake trays. Bake them 20 - 25 min. & let the cool down.

Schritt 5

Das Frosting in eine Spritztüte geben & verzieren.

Step 5

Fill frosting in a forcing bag & decorate.

Den hellrosanen Teller habe ich übrigens aus dem Ikea und den goldenen muschelförmigen Löffel vom Flohmartk! Super gut zum Thema passend habe ich bei mir zu Hause noch diese kleine Servietten mit dem Titel "Party Cupcakes" von ppd gefunden! Die Förmchen selbst sind von Staufen!

Rock Style Hair Dye Powder

Hi ihr Lieben! 

Für all die Experimentierfreudigen unter euch habe ich gute Neuigkeiten. Denn heute möchte ich euch gerne eine Möglichkeit zeigen, wie ihr den aktuellen "Pastell-Haar" Trend umsetzen könnt ohne euch die Haare endgültig färben zu müssen! Dazu benötigt ihr nur eines dieser  neuen farbigen Haarpuder! Als ich gesehen habe, dass Essence nun auch Haarkreiden  anbietet, habe ich nicht lange überlegt und gleich nach zwei Farben gegrabscht.

Und so gehts

Nehmt eine Haarsträhne und drückt sie mit eurem Daumen auf die pudrige Fläche. Dann zieht ihr mit der anderen Hand die Strähne zwischen dem Daumen und dem Haarpuder durch. Je nach Bedarf müsst ihr diesen Vorgang wiederholen, um die Farbstärke zu regulieren. Auf blondem Haar klappt das ganze ein wenig besser, da die Farbe besser sichtbar ist. Aber aufgepasst: Achtet darauf, dass ihr das ganze über dem Waschbecken macht, da viel Puder herunterfällt.Falls es euch aber auf den ersten Blick zu viel Farbe ist, dann könnt ihr die Farbe auskämmen und die Intensität somit abschwächen. Ich würde auch empfehlen, nicht unbedingt ein helles Shirt anzuziehen.

Mein Eindruck

Zugegeben: ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass mich diese zwei Produkte überzeugen. Aber hey, ich steh auf Überraschungen! Besonder von der Pigmentierung der Farben bin ich beeindruckt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen ;) Dann steht ja einem farbenfrohen Sommer nichts mehr im Wege!

Good news for all the adventurous of you:

Today I'd like to show you how you can follow the recent trend of  "past hairs" without dyeing them definitively! You just need one of those new colored hair powders! As I saw those hair dye powders by Essence immediately grabbed for two of them. 

how it works
Take a wisp of hair and push it to the surface of the powder with your thumb.  Then you draw the wisp through your thumb and the surface with the other hand. Depending on how intense you like the color to be, you probably have to go over it a few times. Having blond hair, the color is more outstanding. Attention: Make sure that you apply the color in your bathroom as there will be a lot of fallout and try to avoid wearing a white shirt (fallout)! If you think the color you put on your hair is way too much, just brush it off. This will reduce the intense of the color.

my impression
I have to admit: I really didn't thought those two products would convince me. Surprise, surprise! Especially the pigmentiation of the shades impressed me. Definitely recommendable ;) I'd say:  nothing stands between us and a colorful summer time!

Dior Addict Fluid Stick

Vom Candy Addict zum Dior Addict ist es kein grosser Sprung! Also Augen zu und hop! Ich habe mir dank einer Rabatt Aktion im Marionnaud einen der ganz neuen Dior Addict Fluid Sticks in der Farbe 753 "Open Me" gegönnt! Da ich diesen speziellen Lippenstift, der in Form eines Glosses kommt, schon einmal testen durfte, wusste ich worauf ich mich einlasse. Die Pigmentierung ist unglaublich und auch das klebrige Gefühl eines Glosses bleibt aus. Viel eher hat man das Gefühl seine Lippen mit kühlem Wasser zu bepinseln: Im Sommer eine willkommen Abkühlung! Einen kleine Kritikpunkt habe ich aber: Ohne einen transparenten oder gar passenden Lipliner würde ich dieses Produkt nicht verwenden, da die Farbe an den Lippenrändern mit der Zeit ausfranst. Aber alles in allem bin ich super zufrieden!

Thanks to an exceptional offer in the Marionnaud store I allowed myself one of the brand new Dior Addict Fluid Sticks in the shade 753 "Open Me"! As I already had the chance to try this special lipstick, which comes in the design of a gloss, I knew what I was gonna get into. The pigmentation is just stunning and there's no typical stickiness of a gloss. It's more like you're building up fresh water on your lips: a welcome cooling for the summer time! But I have a tiny criticism: I wouldn't recommend wearing this product without a matching or transparent lipliner. Otherwise it will "fray" on the outline of your lips. All told I'm super happy!
